Hey Connie,
Numbers do not lie (even though they are often difficult to analyze). Too many people make blanket statements about the market without having any data to back it up. Knowing this data simply puts you that much farther ahead of everyone else!
Hmmmm...
Ashburn's year comparison is not that wonderful huh?
Hopefully April will be better.
