In March there were 7 sales of which 3 were short sales. Hyde Park is still one area with a large affordable inventory. Most of the inventory falls within the price range below $400,000.00.
A first time buyer would have a variety of property to choose from, and with the low interest rates as well as the first time buyer tax credit this is the year to make the move.
