Visitors to my Growth Leader site love to tease me. About every other week I get a lead that appears to be serious about buying a home. So far, every lead (there has been 4 of them) that initially communicated with me and tells me they want to connect with me have all cooled off as cold as ice! Two leads even called me and scheduled appointments and never followed through.

I feel that I am now starting off at week again one all over but maybe the record low interest rates, $8,000 tax credit to first time homebuyers, the incredible price of homes, and the sunshine spring has brought us will bring out some serious buyers that will follow through and actually show up for an appointment.

To all of those which have had good success with Growth Leader I wish you continued success. Some day maybe your luck will rub off on the rest of us.  Good luck to everyone on this gorgeous Easter Day!

George,

I am with Growth Leader and found out the same thing.  Most of the leads are people that are just tire kickers.  It can be frustrating I know, but keep at it and some will pan out.  Most of mine dont but I so have a few that are serious.

HI George..sorry to hear about your lack of Genuine Business on Growth Leader.

I wondered when I saw you try it, I thought the Site that Karen George helped you with was doing really well generating leads and giving you good SEO.

I went back recently to Karen's Blogs and have done some of the things she suggested and right now with Both my web Sites I'm ranked Number 1 with each one under relevant search terms I e Victoria BC Real Estate with my Points2 site and Victoria Real Estate with my RealPro site.

Oh one of the suggestions from Karen..add a page a day to your web site..I've added 6 to my points2, which I believe is the reason I jumped to Number one from Number 2 or 3. on this Page I wrestle with a Realtor who Spends $20,000 a year with SEO Company and I never have got ahead of him except when he's down doing maintenance. i may not stay there but it's been a week, Oh my RealPro Site generates steady leads daily...victoriahomesandproperties.com

Cheers, George Have a Great EASTER :O)

I wish you better luck George. Do you think it's because you're in a rural area?

I didn't do it because the numbers don't make sense for me. I'm in a small rural area and I think this system only works for large population areas.

It's a numbers game. 100 sign up, maybe 4 appointments, maybe close 1 deal? In my neck of the woods I don't think we have enough numbers to play this expensive game

I'm very intrigued by this, but so far the reports I've read have yet to close one transaction.  But it's too soon to tell.  Good luck, and hang in there, George!  Happy Easter!

George, with all the positive things going on with the market, your luck will turn.  Great things take time and effort.

Steve - Thanks dude and good luck.

Fred - I am a HUGE follower of Karen Georg'es advice and have done the same thing.  I have addedd a lot of new pages to my site.

Bill - Thanks for the support once again my friend.

Erica - We are not that rural. I am minutes from the capital of Boise. I just think it's stll an effect of economic times.

Yolanda - Thanks and I hope you had a wonderful Easter.

Kay - Thank you for being my cheerleader! :-)

George - seems like your results are similar to others, including me. Some folks are having great success but it is not consistent.. May depend on the person adn their ability to convert, but also the particular market conditions. Who knows. Hope things will improve for you.

George, thanks for the updates. I just talked with these people about my area. My business since the first of the year has been up and down. If I could get on a even keel untill then I will keep pushing.

Hi George, that's a bummer. Do those who miss their appointments with you at least call to let you know? Purchasing a home is such a big step, it often takes awhile for someone just to make that definite decision and get out to see homes. I hope things pick up for you soon!

George - Hope things bet better with them.  I have been curious after what you and others have written and called them the other day.  They admitted that they have little that can help us because of our remote market area. Interesting!
