Free Culture Events in Phoenix Arizona

With tough economic times everyone is searching for opportunities for free family entertainment. The Phoenix public library system has a new treat for Phoenix families with their Free Culture Pass. From April 1, 2009 until April 1, 2010 library cardholders in the greater Phoenix area can check out a “culture pass” for FREE admission that is good for up to four people at participating area arts and cultural institutions.
