We see a pretty sharp decrease in the number of homes sold this year verus last year. We are also seeing a relatively big, 7%, decrease in the average sales price for Carmel. One metric that is encouraging is the absorption rate, or number of months supply of homes on the market, is still at a very respectable 7.29. This is pretty good indicator that the market is still quite stable and actually well balanced.
