There was obviously a great deal of activity for the month of March 2009 in Anne Arundel County. The number of sales increased to 352 from 233 in February 2009, but statistically the average sale price as a percentage of the average list price was 87.4%. IT'S A GREAT TIME TO BUY A HOME IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY.
