Rumors of my death were premature :^)

Ok, well...maybe in Real estate.

Last November I decided to leave the industry. The crackdown on loans, the economy in general, etc. made my business model unbearable for even the low overhead we were carrying. So while The Bertrum Group still survives, taking my overhead out kept it very viable.

Presently i'm doing outside sales (Sr. Sales Rep) in the Auto Parts industry (NAPA) in Quakertown - Bucks County. Not getting rich (yet), but with a base and commission - pretty good gig. The manager at Quakertown NAPA Auto Parts, Gary Wolthers....is top gun.

I do miss the Real Estate biz - but hey - a new challenge is always fun.

I'm posting this because I miss ALL (wow) of 'you guys' and hope things are working out.

I'll have to update my Mummers blog with the latest pics :^)

In addition..the DERBY is coming up ...woohoo !!!!!!

Any of my 'buds' wants to email me.... send it to my home addy...

We do miss you. We've tried calling and commenting but you've remained the mysterious mystery Blogger. It's so good to know everything is going well and nothing happened to you. That was my worst fear. The idea that something happened and we'd never know doesn't sit well with me.

On a different note...Watch out for those dust bunnies I haven't cleaned under there in at least 6 months :)

I may just have to pop in once in awhile to keep up (geeze, a lot has happened in AR since I was in here last.... different icon's and such...). Since I really can't contribute as such to AR........though 'RELATIONSHIP BUILDING' from a Sales standpoint is universal/ and Marketing techniques/ideas.... I don't want to get into other people's Real Estate vomit....errrrrr.....interesting plagerized blogs 8^)

I need to find a site like this in 'auto world'.

Funny part was I forgot my 'name and password' when I decided to leave the Title biz... so i had to contact support to get into AR....they were pretty quick...but when I got their response.it got buried in my in-box..... I'm a moron.

Perhaps down the road I'll be back for good. i really did want to start my own Title biz. Maybe i'll have to lower my sights and become a 'LOAN OFFICER'.

I was wondering were you had disappeared to.. Glad to hear you are doing okay and will still pop in from time to time

I was wondering what you've been up to! My life has taken a different turn as well, and although I am still involved in real estate, I am much more involved in the business my family purchased last year -- www.FoxSheds.com -- which has been exploding! If you ever know of anyone who needs a pre-fab garage for all those auto parts you are selling, or a storage shed (residential or commercial) -- give me a holler!

Hey Rob,

It is good to hear that you are still out there! I read in some tabloid type blog that you had been abducted by aliens and they had performed medical procedures on you. Although,.......I guess that is still a possibility, due to the fact that you were gone for 6 months.

Incidentally, the article mentioned that it is approx 6 months round trip (in light years) to get to their galaxy and back.

Missed this 2 weeks ago! Great to hear your alive and well (& I use that term loosely). Heck - I gotta believe selling car parts is fantastic! All the curse words, smoke and beer one could handle!!! I am in fact a tad envious. Good luck Rob! Keep in touch.

Glad to hear you are still alive and kicking. I do miss your humorous posts, though. Even I have made a change. I am now with Keller Williams. We'll have to get together sometime. You still haven't seen Eddie.
