Growth Leader - Week 1 - A pleasant Surprise!

It was a week ago since I was informed that my Growth Leader website went live!

My website is: OceanCountyNJRealEstateSales.com

I took one of their classes called "Vision 101". It taught some of the basics.

I must admit however, I may take the class again due to several interruptions with some urgent information on transactions that I was waiting for.

But here's the good part, I actually received three leads this past week.

Three potential buyers signed up for mls information.

I quickly e-mailed each, thanking them for signing up on my website.

As we know, many buyer leads take some time to cultivate.

I haven't heard back from them, but it's obvious that the website has already gotten noticed.

I thought that was "awesome".

Toula - Good to hear you're up and running! I was very surprised with the amount of traffic I got rather quickly. Just remember to stay on top of it and watch to see when they come back - I find that's a very telling sign of what they're up to. Good luck, can't wait to see Week 2. Which reminds, I think I have a post due.

Hi Jennifer - Absolutely, I learned that early on in my real estate career. I would say it's about 5% of contacts turn into a real lead.

After reading this post about Growth Leader and several others, too, I call them. Interesting company! Hope it works for you. They were not encouraging about leads for our market as we are so remote. I'll be following to see how it works for you!
