So we just successfully completed our "group" open house in the village of Sparta. 20 Realtors participated in holding open their listings this Sunday. We even put an ad in the local newspaper and put out all the signs. I would say that it was quite successful. I had 7 parties through and possibly one that might be interested in the home at 149 S. Union as a fixer-upper. The last time I held this one open, I only had 2 visitors, so I had over 200% more success than last!
Thanks to Carol Fairchild who organized the event. I know it took a lot of planning and was a lot of work but hopefully it will pay off in the end for at least one of us that have listings in Sparta. It was great to work together as Realtors - we should try it more often!
