Washington DC Housing Statistics for March 2009
Single Family DC ONLY
What does it all mean? It would seem that March was a turn around month for everyone! At my office in Chevy Chase we experienced a dramatic turn as well, and now the city seems to be recovering! If we have anything to lay our hat on it's the fact that November - February is over, and we can start to experience a more normalized market here in the district.
Let's hope it all can continue. Here is to the spring!!!
