What is the most important tool in your business? You might think it's your listing presentation or even your data base of customers. Both are right up there in terms of importance but they fall just a bit short of the most important. By now I hope you have figured it out but if not I will tell you. IT'S YOU!!! That's right it is you. I write and say this a lot but I can't stress enough how important "you" are to your success. All the systems and marketing won't do a thing without a motivated, driven leader. One of my favorite movies from years ago is called Inner space and a character played by Dennis Quaid is always looking in the mirror and slapping both sides of his face and saying "Zero Defects."  He motivated himself everyday with this simple and funny little action. Try it or something like it every day. Find something that triggers that person you need to be to succeed. You will find that the little aggravations of the Real Estate business will seem to go away and you will focus more on productive things like selling or marketing your business.
