By utilizing Facebook and Twitter technologies, once a question is asked... it is sent out via Facebook and Twitter to all of our followers. If someone has the answer, then assist the person.

There are a lot of people who are in the early process of relocation who have a lot of questions, but unfortunately do not have a lot of choices where they can ask their question. That is why we created our Relo Information Exchange website.

Our website attracts people who are thinking about and/or relocating to various cities, who require answers to their questions before they can move forward in their relocation. By bringing in Realtors to help answer these questions, what we are doing is basically bringing Realtors and relocating families together.

As a Realtor if you are able to help these families by answering their questions, they will then be appreciative for your answer and possibly swap contact information with you. So in the case they decide to fully relocate and wish to view homes, you will then be their exclusive Realtor. The hardest part of beinga Realtor is having relocating invidivuals contact you. We do all the work... you just assist them.

The other positive part of our website is it works in conjuction with ActiveRain. On our website you can social network. We will be having all of our Realtor clients sign-up to the forum and get to know each other. What is working for them, how is their city doing, how do they produce leads, etc...

Along with FaceBook, Twitter, and other web2.0 websites... we use a new technology that grabs some relocation questions and puts them on our website. You then answer the question and we either Tweet back the response by you (then direct them to the answer on our website) or via FaceBook.

If you sign-up, all Realtors are able to add their website names in their signatures... thus giving you a powerful backlink. Plus if you create blog posts on your free account, this again is more powerful backlinks.

Our website has been on-line in two days, and has already started to get indexed into Google, Yahoo, and MSN!
