Nate, I know right now it is hard to get them to pay for staging.  It does help, of course price is most important.  Stephanie also does full service interior design work.  She services Charlotte, Lake Norman and Lake Wylie.

Hi Wendy—It boggles my mind that people are so resistant to hiring a professional to do what they do best. However, there are those who will and they see their properties move much faster.
