Staging Your Home to Sell!

If you are considering selling your home, now is the perfect time to turn up your AC and begin the process. We live in a home one way, and when we get ready to sell our home, we 'stage' the home for showing in another! The process begins with clearing out the 'clutter' and 'organizing' your home / counters / closets / vanities/ drawers!  The rule is to 'REMOVE' 2/3rds of the clutter!  YES, you are reading this correctly. Go in every room and prioritize... make piles, of the items you want, don't want and those you are donating or giving away.  Then make the calls to donate etc. and pack everything else. Clearly label the cartons so if you need access to something it will be easier. Nowis also a good time to rent public storage. This will make your chore much easier later on.  Step back, I bet the room looks different already!
