A Little Bit of Yours,, Mixed with A Little Bit Of Ours, Makes for a Perfectly Staged Home

When selling your home it is important that each room shows beautifully. The room should welcome buyers into a space, making them feel welcomed. In this Master Bedroom, the bed seemed too large for the space because the rug and tables were not to scale. The room seemed empty and cold.

All we needed to do was to bring in some end tables and lamps, and when combined with client's rug from the family room, the master bedroom now becomes a MASTER RETREAT.

FAMILY ROOM AFTER..All we did was remove one couch and chair from this space. We then brought in tables, chair and accessories to complete the look.

We used the extra chair and couch from the family to stage the VACANT living room. We then brought in tables, lamps and accessories to complete the look.

Very creative use of all of their furnishings! And yes, the addition of your staging furniture was the icing on the cake that this home needed. So many homes are "this close" to being show-ready. These changes will make a huge difference in how it shows to buyers. Very nice!
