The 80/ 20 Rule...

I have been playing the real estate game with coach Patty . This game consists of a daily phone call and and tasks to complete every day. I have only been in the game for 2 days out of the 30.

I HAVE LEARNED A BUNCH IN JUST 2 DAYS!!

The importance of scheduling .. Something I stick at..

And yesterday the 80/ 20 rule... Do you know about this rule. Well i had a light bulb moment when I heard this.. It is simply that you need to spend 80% of the time finding and doing business and 20 % on administrative tasks!!

Anyone agreee with this? How do you compare to this 80/ 20 rule?? Just want hear how you orginize your day and if it works for you.

That's just one of the many 80/20 rules:

80% of the work is done by 20% of the people
80% of the world's wealth is owned by 20% of the people
80% work and 20% social at professional sites
80% social and 20% work at social sites
80% of the time I know where Zoey the Cool Cat is hiding out, the other 20% I'm stumped

There are even subsets, like the 60/40 rule, the 80/10/10 rule, the 75/25 rule, the 90/10 rule, and the 90/5/5 rule.

I learned them all from my marketing guru. If you wanna know about rules, he's the one to ask.
