Savannah Condos

What's better than visiting Savannah? Living there!

So if you're interested in living in Savannah then you must check out their beautiful condos.  There are many types of condos such as a townhouse or row house, apartment loft or flat, semi-detached or detached structure, high-rise, low-rise, duplexes, triplexes or stacked townhouses (one unit over another) or even a hotel suite.  Most condo complexes have gyms, pools, sports facilities, childrens activities, and much more.  Whether you are looking for a condo with a beach view or just in a nice area, Savannah offers it all.

I'm acquiring / acquired several batches of condos at Turner's Cove, JonesatWhitaker and River Oaks that will be available pre-MLS at drastic discounts. I'm wondering the best way to get this out to Savannah area agents so they'll know these are available (gladly pay 3%). The Turner's Cove units will need to be finished by the end user, but can be picked up for only $300,000. JonesatWhitaker start at $399,000 and River Oaks at $225,000.

There are a LOT of Savannah area agents on Active Rain.

See this page below.

You could contact them directly, or add your info on here as blog entries and tag it with Savannah terms and they are sure to notice that as well and will likely contact you back.

If your question was more about how to relay the information about the individual units, I would recommend that you put together a website to display them similar to how the MLS listings would be displayed (if you don't have a website already). Since this would be more of a static website rather than with full MLS access, you could get it for much cheaper as well, assuming you could provide the necessary photos or diagrams for the unit types, etc.  and not need a photographer to do it for you.

Cheers,

Adam
