Seriously Questionable Code of conduct and ethics of some Realtors !?

Is there anywhere in " professional conduct ", " code of ethics"... a clause that real estate agent should or have to return other agent in a reasonable time , like the same day ?!,
and the best agents surely in a hour, as it should be a given !

The REO's , The Short pay's listing agents and brokers are the WORST OFFENDERS !!! since they typically NEVER RETURN a CALL, MESSAGE !!

Lets do something about it and slap a fine on these embarrassments to our Real Estate profession .. !!!

Public is watching and throwing us " the Good Realtors" to the same bag with " the really bad apples Realtors".

John.. I hear you. Though I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, there is an increasingly number of agents who refuse to answer the phone and/or return phone calls.

Like you, I have seen several postings on "agent comments" in the MLS where the agent says something along the lines of , "Don't Call Me, the MLS is always accurate.

Unfortunately, they don't make themselves accessible to important queries about the listing that are outside of the usual "is it available", "do you have any offers."

Thank you for continuing to strive for the highest common courtesy and I'll sign any petition that says agents should be more mindful of one another.
