March 2009 Real Estate Market Conditions for the Central Black Hills of South Dakota

During the month of March, 2009 there were 7 new residential listings in and around the Hill City/Central Hills area. The total # of homes for sale is 41. And no homes have sold or were under contract. Avg. price of a home in the Black Hills since last month is $182,555 compared with $162,488 with an average of 95 days on the market compared to 112 last month. Sellers have been receiving 95.75% of their asking price as compared to 97.01%last month.
