I am impressed by the price and the fact the home is brick on 4 sides. That is an incredible value!
Jim: The Spartanburg market is somewhat flat over the $200,000 price range. This house is priced below market value and the pictures really do not do it justice ~ it is a great neighborhood. I actually like in the neighborhood, we have all the bells and whistles and twolakes. My Team has sold 65% of the homes that have sold in this neighborhood and they usually sell quickly, the last on sold in less than 90 days. I'm in a bit of a quandary about this one ~ it should have flown off the market. Thanks for your comment.
