When selling your home it is SOOO IMPORTANT that each room be staged to show buyers just how large the room actually is. Poor furniture arrangement, too many items on the floors, misplaced pieces can all lend themselves to downsizing the rooms true potential.

Here are just two examples of bedrooms we staged yesterday. LOOK AT HOW THEY GREW!!

MASTER BEDROOM BEFORE - The room appears cluttered and small. Mismatched pieces of furniture and too many personal items are taking away from the rooms true potential

MASTER BEDROOM AFTER - Just look at the cozy seating area and reading nook this room now portrays. Who wouldn't want to retreat here at night?

By rearranging the room and adding a large area rug, curtains and throw pillows, you now have a room that has balance and color.

When staging a little girl's room it is important to remove SOME OF THE TOYS and still keep the room pretty and exciting for that same little girl to enjoy her room. Oftentimes children are very upset about the thought of moving and leaving their ROOMS and FRIENDS. So when I stage children's rooms, I try not to disrupt their lives too much!

LITTLE GIRLS ROOM BEFORE

LITTLE GIRLS ROOM AFTER

We were happy to take this room from cluttered and give the little girl a room she is EXCITED ABOUT living in while the house is for sale.

Phyllis,

WOW!  Great job on both rooms.  I'm especially impressed with what you did with the master bedroom.

Phyllis ~ Great transformation of the master bedroom - what a difference!  I like how you were able to make a sitting area.  In the "before" there is too much that I would be afraid of knocking into things; the "after" really opened it up.

Pretty girls room, always hard on kids when they have to move. We also try to be very sensitive to their space when we are staging occupied homes.
