Real estate agents don't determine value, BUYERS DO. However, a good agent will use their knowledge of the local inventory and market data to help their sellers properly price their home correctly up front so they can secure the maximum amount of money for their home in the quickest amount of time in any market.

Knowing these factors should help home sellers in their efforts to successfully sell their home.
