We had an inspection report turned into the seller (I'm listing agent), on Thurs. The contract says that we have 4 days to give the buyer response as to which repairs we are going to make (time is of the essence).
Are these days measured in business days or does Saturday and Sunday count?

Sarah: With no paperwork in front of me to look at... I am going to guess that it is four regular days... not business days. So, I am guessing that Saturday and Sunday count.
Hi Sarah - if you'll refer to our standard form 2-T here in the Triangle #28 states; it's consecutive calendar days, including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays... Hope your inspection response went smoothly.
