The loan of choice for March was conventional, with 60% of the sales being financed that way. Since conventional loans are the hardest to get right now, these were well qualified buyers.
What did these buyers choose? 1 two bedroom home, 3 three bedroom homes and 1 four bedroom home were sold. Days on market ranged from 0 to 362, with an average of 137 days.

Have we seen the bottom?
We won’t know that for sure until we continue to experience higher sale prices, but we have had buyers miss out on the homes they chose recently because there were competing, higher offers received on the properties at the same time.
