Nature Photography Notecards

Hello All!

Many of you know, (and some of you don't ! ), that aside from my "Realtor Showcase" Slideshows, I have started making notecards from my ever growing photo collection. My work is inspired by my love of nature, and my desire to capture a beautiful moment in time, that once gone, is gone forever.

Here are a few examples of available notecard photographs, and I have many more flower, landscape and animal photos in my archives. This is my own all rights reserved, and copyrighted work.

This is what I'm doing:

12 cards w/ envelopes, 53lb premium gloss photo quality notecard stock, (4.25 X 5.5), blank inside for personalization, 4 different photos, with 3 of each per set.

Please Specify: Flowers, Landscapes, Animals, or Mix Em Up!

$20 per set. Standard Shipping $3.50

Hi Debi, Yet another fantastic idea, and your notecards (photos) are simply gorgeous! I never saw the photograph of the cougar before, either, I really like that one Debi!

Gail - Yes, of course you can have whatever you like my friend! That's why I attached the link to my Flickr site. There are somewhere around 600 photos in my photostream. All notecard photos will have a digital frame. And no, I won't get rich, but it sure is fun! LOL

Debi, those are great and I would think you'd have a ready market for them. Of course, I already knew you had a terrific portfolio from what I've seen on Flickr. Why is it that we never tire of looking at beautiful images?

Wonderful Debi! Great idea! Have you considered marketing to the zoo, photos of their animals? Been almost 2 yrs since I have been in the giftshop out there but I don't remember seeing anything like this in there...

Just the same, I would love to make notecards for any of you that write notes, and love nature photography. The update was to let you know that you are not limited to the photos shown, but can choose from any of the 700 or so on Flickriver!

Hi Debi, I will! Yours are SO beautiful. I have quite a supply right now because I get 50 every month from Buffini. I try to send personal notes and cards every day so will probably have a need when I use all of these up! Did you ever consider more of a "bulk" price for us fervent note writers? You may want to hop over the the Buffini Group and let them know you are offering these beautiful cards for all of the big note writers over there;)

Hi Again Debi! First of all--amazing idea! Secondly, your shots are incredible and certainly make gorgeous cards. Now, I have to ask--would you consider selling me a dozen (I want one of all of them!) digitally? I use SendOutCards and have the option to upload photos for the front of my cards. I would love to use these for my Thank You's for Closings, etc. Your thoughts?

Hi Debe - Give me a bit of time to think about this - What I would be doing essentially, is selling a lifetime right to each of those photos - and as uploads, I would lose control over distribution and use - I need to think about what makes sense $$-wise, and it may be prohibitive for your purposes. In Printroom, for example, a download for one photo is $50 - the reason is that, once again, the artist loses control over it's use, and would expect to be paid accordingly. I will get back to you via email, and we can discuss it further....Sound good to you? And thank you - I am very happy that you like them!

Remember also, that there are many more available to choose from, easily viewed by category in my 'Collections' on Flickr (found on the right side side of the screen - for example, the collection 'Flowers and Insects').

(I am working on a DBoucher Photography website, but it's not ready yet - building a site for my husband right now, and no time for my own! When are they going to change the 'day' to 48 hours???? LOL)

Sounds great! You may want to look into iPhoto--that would make it more affordable to more followers!!

Let me know what you come up with and BEST of luck working on that website--they are WAAAY too time-consuming!
