Mattie I am with you, it's a beautiful home and it has been surprising that the home has not yet sold however, the market until recently was stalled because of the nations problems!

Debe I saw that you had an open house at the same time yesterday and hope you were as busy as me. I had great traffic! Marti did a fantastic job on my header and I am planning to have him do some work on my outside blog too!

HI Gail Hey there , I did have a nice crowd and I have really been surprised at the number who click on my open house posts, often days or weeks after the event, It's pretty cool that it stays up and is a way that future client can get to know more about us!

Karen How are things in your part of the world? As you know I take a lot of my own pictures for my blog but when it comes to photographing living spaces homes and architecture, I always hire a professional. It is fairly reasonable and the end product is very nice!

Allysoun, yes it was a larger family affair with children, grandchildren and even a couple of in-laws! I have contacted their agent and we will see what develops!
