The Grass is Growing and the Cows are Eating!

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Corcoran 3333563

The rainy season has been such a blessing for us ranchers.  A drastic drought in Florida has made almost everything a challenge, lawn watering, car washing, and pastures growing.  The real estate market is about as slow as the grass growing over the past months, lets hope the rain will feed the market to grow!

Recreational Real Estate sales and interest have been on the rise lately.  It seems that folks are willing to invest in property as long they can enjoy the property the purchase.  Over the long run, Real Estate will continue to increase in value (realistically).  Once everyone realizes that unrealistic profits are a thing of the past, they will continue to purchase property, and hopefully enjoy it.

We specialize in Recreational Properties in Florida, come enjoy our State.   I hope you enjoy this blog, I am new to this and hopefully make it amusing.

Too much water on this end keeping potato farmers out of the fields! Good for you to get that needed water for  grass/ hay   to keep those hungry cattle/horses squared away!
