The renovation of 1024 Kingsridge in Blue Spring, MO started last Friday. This is the first house Vizion has had the opportunity to do in Blue Springs but I hope we’re able to do many more. 1024 Kingsridge reminds me a lot of a renovation we did about a year ago at 9617 Lawndale it even has the same stats. 3 beds, 1.5 bath, finished basement, and 2 car garage.
This renovation is taking place pretty quickly. The crew we’ve got working on this house has done several homes with us and apparently have started working 7 days a week. This is a shot of the exterior which other than the door will remain pretty much the same during this remodel.
When I showed up at the house on Sunday afternoon I found that the dumpster had been filled and the tear out had been completed and the walls had been 90% primed for paint. This is a shot of the kitchen.
This is a shot of the full bath. On the far left there is a door leading to the Master bedroom.
This is a shot of what will become the finished basement. The half bath will be located at the second entrance on the left.
