I am officially a 'preferred agent' for this amazing project called MGM City Center. This highly sought after Las Vegas Blvd address is a LEED project built entirely with 'green' environmentally friendly materials. A bill was passed making property tax benefits to an owner of a green built property is 50% of what you would normally pay for the first 5 years of ownership! In Nevada, depending on the exact location, property tax equals roughly .81% of the purchase price. Much less than many other states plus Nevada does NOT have a state tax!
