These FAQs should help answer some questions that you may have about Transactional Funding.

1. Will you lend the money for me to close on a great deal for a couple of months so that I can get past the seasoning issues? No, we only help you "flip" the property the same day or within 2 days.

2. Can you escrow with hard money to my escrow attorney? No, not generally because typically the bank just wants the money in an escrow, period.

3. Can you help with my down payment for my residential buyer? No, we stick with investments/commercial deals.

4. Can you lend me the down payment until I refinance? No, we need our money back at close.

5. Can you give me a soft POF to give me the ability to buy a property from the bank? Yes, we offer that service for a minimal fee.

6. Can you give me tear sheets and bank statements for my trade platform? Yes, we do.
