Ask yourself; what are the lessons to be learned from the experience?
Then ask yourself; with what I learned from that experience, how would I apply those lessons in the future for positive results.
We learn from our experiences, when we open our mind to possibilities thinking and we see the experience as a learning opportunity.
As a result what we learn we will create value from our experiences and then be able to apply those lessons for greater efficiency's and success in the future.
