How's the parking in your neighborhood?

Some people don't think about it, but the parking situation around a person's home has made some decide to MOVE OUT!

Parking can be a huge issue amongst law officials and local residents. Be sure to look at the signs around the neighborhood that you are considering moving into! Will the signs be conducive to your lifestyle? Some people have multiple viechles and don't want to mess around with the hassle.

It just goes to show you that looking the qualities you are seeking may be found inside the great home, but outside nuances can impact a person's decision to purchase or sell a home!

I've lived in several neighborhoods where parking on the weekends is a nightmare near the beach. Cops will come and give you tickets or better yet...You get to go spend a few hours on a Saturday/Sunday hunting your car down and paying hefty fines to get your car back...Just add it to the list of things to look out for when purchasing a home!

How do you get these great pics/visuals?  I can compete with content on here but this kind of stuff leaves me out of the proverbial loop.  Help out a brother:-)

My brother in law owns one of the oldest towing companies in Pompano Beach, Fl which was started by his Grandfather.  Our misery....their profit:-)

Another "parking" issue that bothers me about some neighborhoods is that even though people may have adequate driveways and garage parking, they still feel the need to park in the streets and clutter the streets.  In my opinion, this makes a neighborhood look unappealing to a buyer as the streets seem cluttered.....just thought I'd share my pet peve since we were on the parking subject:-)  -I'm dealing with this in my own neighborhood right now!

Very true Scott.  And it is seasonal for me because I live right near Folsom Lake.  People park in front of my house to walk to the lake when it gets closed on those wild summer weekends. Not a good time to be having an Open house for sure ;0)
