Our Company, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty~held an Open House Extravaganza weekend and many of us participated. I held 5 Open Houses with the help of my sellers. They are excited to do anything that they can do in order to get the exposure for their houses too.
We were somewhat successful, with some folks looking around after the Easter Holidays.

Sounds Inspiring! Maybe I will suggest something like this to my co-workers. It is always more fun to do it with a group and great exposure for the brokerage!
My company, Baird & Warner (in the Chicago area) is also planning a two-day open house event in May. I think the advertising that they will do to get the word out will be so helpful. Lately, my open houses have been . . . rather quiet.
Ginger I stop by three to four Open Houses every Sunday, and I am see a lot more people out at Open Houses over the last couple of weeks.
