The local Realtors MLS in Shasta County shows that approx 1500 homes are active and available in Shasta County.
The lower price homes are moving a decent pace with the over priced homes and the higher priced homes sitting and gathering dust!
There are some tremendous deals out there if you hurry...The investors are starting to pick up more homes that pencil out as they sense that the bottom may indeed be near!
