It is also day 2 of finding another real estate web hosting site. I have 3 websites with AA and my wife has 1 as well. Loosing 4 accounts won't rattle their tree, but when I find a suitable alternative I will but it up on all of my blogs.

I remember Greg, it was May 21st, 2007. At first they denied anything was wrong. Then they gave us a free month hosting which paled in comparison to the money we lost with our web site down. I will be very reluctant to refer Advanced Access from here forward.

Hello Ed and Greg,

I wanted to be sure and reply to your comments.

In May of 2007, yes we had a local power equipment failure in our office. This sped up our move to a new data center in Irvine. This was an upgrade, however, it was the interim home for our servers and data as a new multi-million dollar data center on the east coast was being prepped for us by Dominion Enterprises (our parent company). We successfully ran our systems on theirs for a few months before physically shipping our hardware from Irvine to the east coast. Once the move was completed, and we were running 100% from the new data center on the east coast, some routing and connectivity issues developed. These are the issues we are working on resolving currently.

I am regularly updating our blog at http://www.advancedaccess.com/blog/ - it is the best place to get the most current information.

Above all, Advanced Access is very sorry for all the inconveniences that many of our clients are experiencing. We have the best clients in the industry and appreciate all comments, feedback, and support that has been passed along.

If you have questions for our support team, you can contact them via Live Chat at: http://messenger.providesupport.com/messenger/aasupport.html

Thank you,

Anna - At this point, after nearly a WEEK of outages, you should be updating your blog at http://www.advancedaccess.com/blog on an HOURLY basis.  Do you not understand that the thrashing you are getting online is going to kill the company?  It is now time to be completely upfront and tell us all what is going on hourly if not more frequently.
