eFACTORY JUST SIGNED A 5 YEAR LEASE FOR AN 11,000 SQUARE FOOT STATE OF THE ART FACILITY IN DOWNTOWN TEMPE AT RIVERSIDE OFFICE PLAZA
Peter Burns III, founder of eFactory LLC (Entrepreneur Factory), announced the opening of the first FULL SERVICE eFactory in Downtown Tempe, Arizona. Centrally located in the Valley in downtown Tempe and five minutes away from Sky Harbor International Airport, I-10 and 202 Freeway. 10 Minutes away from Downtown Phoenix, 10 minute Minutes away from Downtown Scottsdale and walking distance to shopping, dining, Arizona State University, Tempe Town Lake and the Light Rail System.
eFactory is a combination of an executive suite style business center and network of co-working and an entrepreneur membership club for beginning and emerging business owners who are in need of collaborative office space. The mission of the eFactory is to provide the local entrepreneur community with a centralized location that provides serviced office accommodations, virtual offices, meeting rooms, support, education, training, and resources they need to create successful enterprises. In addition, eFactory will host ongoing seminars, workshops, training, coaching and special events.
