How can any company offer 1000 agents a top 10 rank on Google when there are only 10 possible ranking positions!

You receive an email offering you a top search engine indexing service, promising you a top result for search engine searches.


Indexing is free. You never need to pay any company to have your website indexed on a search engine.

3. Top of Google Today

You receive an email offering you a top spot on Google, promising you a result within 30 minutes.


They are actually offering to set you up with a Google Adword account.

You can do this free... yourself and achieve the very same result!

4. Agent Website Services

You receive an email offering website services, promising you a fancy agent website and plenty of visitors.


An agent website does not even fall under the definition of Internet marketing.

5. Internet Leads

You receive an email offering a lead service, promising you hundreds of leads per week.


Virtually all leads are junk. These so called buyers are simply lookers. Most will require months or years of stay-n-touch to convert.

You are confused.  SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is being taught at most major Universities world wide.  It is the future cornerstone of business in general. 

You may have noticed how mainstream Social Media is now, i.e Twitter, Facebook.

There is a large company based in Bellevue, Washington called BigFin Inc. They offer services such as you have mentioned.  Now the speed of the result is not something that can be guaranteed, but it greatly depends of the Keywords you are trying to rank for on Google. (I do not work for/represent BigFin)

YES, working with more than one Agent to acheive a top ten rank in the same local area makes no sense.  But if it were stated clearly in a contract between the Agent and the Offeror that there would be no conflict of interest as well as exclusivity well then...

Maintaining that competitive position in Google for those keywords is definitely a service rendered and should be worth the price of admission, depending on the volume of searches for that keyword.  Most Fortune 500 companies today outsource this work!

Be fair and define the difference between an Organic Search result's potential value and Adwords/Pay Per Click marketing.  SEO ('Top Ten Search results') is a complex professional skill that takes time.   Google Adwords/Pay Per Click is just paid marketing which can be done effectively by most people.
