The "green-movement" is certainly taking hold in the housing industry not only in [new] build but in rehab projects alike. I recent became exposed to a 72 unit bank owned complex w/ great D/T Phx access and the project is going to be completely "green" rehabbed. Also looking to obtain LEED certification. The generation they are targeting will expect green, expect a conscious approach and will also be expecting Hi-tech and connected (or today un-connected-wireless). Good things are on the horizon...
