Homes for sale in Heritage Point, Barnegat New Jersey

Do you have to be 55 to buy there. I read something about 47. Could you rent if you are not 55.

I have sold homes (new and re-sales) to people between 47-53 at Heritage Point in Barnegat NJ.
But recently the builder has transferred the Home Owners Association to the residents and that could have changed. http://www.primemanagementinc.com/  Get a full copy of the HOA bylaws and completely review it before making any decisions.
