For those of you wanting to buy a home and do not have 3.5% down to obtain a mortgage loan. Depending where the home is located, you may be able to obtain 100% mortgage loan through USDA. The USDA will not loan on homes located in city limits, but if you provide the address of the home your interested in, I can tell you if it is eligible for a USDA loan. Other qualifications for 100% USDA mortgage financing are max income limits and the number of people in household. Let me know if your interested and I can send more info.

I am curious to know more about this USDA loan - I have read some info about it and I know that it says that the home needs to be in a rural area, the interest rate is set by whichever lender I use and that the house must be modest in size. I am curious for more info in general, but particularly what they consider to be "modest". I have not decided for sure about buying a home yet or not, but am just trying to look into all my options because I definitely need 100% financing. You can email me at darcie2285@yahoo.com. Thanks!
