Visit West Chester this week  so you can check out the 5th Annual West Chester International Short Film Festival from April 23rd to 26th. It will have a mix of amateur and highly regarded filmmakers around the Pennsylvania area and across the globe. See the area where Marley & Me with Jennifer Aniston & Owen Wilson was filmed last year. This is a great Cultural event in Chester County PA.
