Thanks for your updates.  I see that some 3.0 clients have their websites up but mine isn't yet 10:30 am PDT. I'm in Oregon - is this regional?

It is not regional, it's simply a matter of stabilizing the largest of our servers which happen to house our 3.0 product and auxilliary products such as IntelliCards, etc.
