Growth Leader- First Offer Accepted! Cha-Ching!

This week, we placed an offer on a home with the first Growth Leader Lead I met in person. We did not get it, as our lowball offer was too low.

We are looking for more homes this weekend, that are priced a bit lower. This will be my third house hunting trip with these buyers.

Today, with the second Growth Leader Buyer I met in person, we placed a written offer, and after some negotiating, it was accepted! Closing is in about 30 days from now!

I have two additional sets of buyers from Growth Leader I have actually met and showed homes with. Both are serious buyers, and preapproved and ready to buy.

Growth Leader is very very good to me

Don - that's great. I started GL the 15th of April (I'm a paying customer) and to date have received 14 hits but no sign ups. I'm month to month and will need to get more traffic in order to justify the cost so we'll see... What do you figure your conversion rate to be?
