I joine Active Rain last summer, but did little with it. A few months ago, I got a contact from ActiveRain, and it was a listing lead. A week later, I had a new listing - surprise, surprise, surprise.
I've been actively working to build visibility on Localism.com, and now I'm getting new leads from there. Not to mention, I've met some neat peo Anple, read some interesting articles, and even started participating an sharing my 30+ years of experience. Last night I was up 'til almost 3, wrapping up some business before I go out of town, and I posted a short blog - within minutes I had several replies. It felt a lot less lonely, even made me smile.
