Highland and Alpine homes were numbered with only a few other cities in the county to witness an increase in homes sold. That being said, there are currently 286 actively listed homes in Alpine and in Highland, making inventory the highest in the county at amost 21 months. Average sold price is up 10.47% and median sold price is down 15.5%. Even with all of the changes, homes are still listed at around half of one million dollars
