I've been trying to buy a property for my own account in Los Banos CA and even though the town has suffered 70% depreciation, right now the market is hot. Every property I'm interested in has multiple offers!. Word has it that a lot more foreclosures are coming down the pike, but for right now, it's discouraging to me but great for Los Banos agents.
