The Relocation Exchange (Free Lead Center) is a new concept that we came up with on April 22nd, 2009. Over the course of a month our parent company (The Relocation Professionals), receive between 12,000 - 15,500 relocation requests per month. Unfortunately due to such a high demand for relocation assistance we are not able to distribute all these leads out due to lack of a Realtor in every single city. Therefore we have decided to hand out these Exclusive, Fresh, Scrubbed leads out for free.

We as a company spend a lot of time and money to have potential moving families and individuals find our websites. And there is nothing worse than having a person find your website, submit their information, and receive no feedback.

The chief benefit to you as a Realtor is you will be able to receive free leads. But these are not your typical loose-end leads. Each lead is Exclusive, Scrubbed, and Fresh (within a few days). We only submit lead to our Free Lead Center that have shown interest in relocating, and most leads will have comments in regards to purchasing real estate.

This also gives you an example of some of the leads you could be receiving from our company The Relocation Professionals. So if you receive good leads with our free service, it would be more beneficial to become an exclusive agent with our parent company and receive 12 - 20 of these leads per month.


For starters, we own over 1,000 City Informational Websites. Additionally we own and maintain 15 blogs, 6 forums, a national job search website, along with ActiveRain, FaceBook, Tumblr, and Twitter accounts. More times than not if a person is looking for relocation information they will find one of our websites. Over time 1 out of 18 people will submit there information to further request a Relocation Specialist contact them. Once this information is submitted, we verify the information looks correct and delete any bogus information. Plus we match up the contact information to the Free411.com Database to try to either assure the phone number is valid, and/or at times find a secondary contact number. Once the information is scrubbed, we then send it out exclusively to our agent in that city.

In times where we have no Realtor in a particular city, we will submit that information to our Free Lead Center on this website. Where then a Realtor is able to bid for the lead.. the highest bidder agrees to purchase the lead.


Not all of these people will be purchasing a home, but that happens with all leads. If you expect every single lead to purchase a home, we are afraid you are sorely mistaken. If every lead bought, there would be no housing problems in the United States whatsoever. Some people strictly want information in regards to your city. Other people want to rent first, then own. And some of these people do want to purchase a home now, or possibly a few months down the road.

What these leads allow you to do is open the door to new contacts. That in any other case you would possibly not ever be able to get in touch with. A lot of these leads are people whom are in the early the middle stages of relocation. Therefore in a lot of cases you will be the first person to get in contact with them in regards to their move and possibly home buying.
