I previously posted about a "difficult listing" that I took and how it's not difficult because of price or location but because it was owned by a close friend that was killed in a motorcycle accident. This house was his pride and joy because he built it and selling it is very hard for his mother but will bring some closure to the situation. Unlike every other home I've sold this one has a little more emotional attachment even though I know as a Realtor you should keep emotions out of it.
