How can I create two Contact folders in Outlook?
Before you create another folder consider the following:
* Why perhaps you shouldn't create another folder:
- Instead of a separate contact folder could this be a new Category?
- When syncing most programs sync with the primary contact folder. Yes there are add-ins you can get to sync sub folders.
- Now you have two contact folders to maintain
- In some instances you will need to move a contact from one folder to another
* Why perhaps you should create another folder:
- If you do not want to sync a large list of names to your cell phone (i.e. Farm list)
- It's another way to keep your database segregated
