Some of the numbers used in this market tracker are for only one month of activity. Therefore they can sometimes look extreme due to the small sample size.
Home sales did not pick up much in March. This year to date is over 60% LESS homes sold than last year and the numbers are even lower compared to 2007 (75% less sold). The good news is that there are 20 houses pending sale which should bring April home sales up nicely.
